Ok then. Put your hands up if you've ever tried removing a campag or shimano/ISIS style bottom bracket with a standard removal tool... ok... right how many of you have put the tool on held it against the bottom bracket as best you can and then started exerting some pressure?... ok.... now, how many have you have accidentally slipped and destroyed half the teeth on the bottom bracket? yes?... us too. This tool is pure brilliance in that it means slipping is impossible and damaging that very expensive bottom bracket is very difficult. These aren't the cheapest tools in the world but when you compare the cost to replacing a busted bottom bracket, these suddenly make a lot of sense.

HELP!

Just to make the above a bit clearer. This tool will fit all standard 21 tooth ISIS/Shimano bottom brackets. To use the feature of the tool that locks into the bb axle, your bottom bracket must have an M8 thread. That means your crank bolts must be M8 in size. These are the more common size found on most square taper bottom brackets. Please consult your manufacturers instructions if you are unsure... or send us an email and we'll check for you.
