Well hello there. Welcome to bikegoo. Lovely to have you here…Soooo what are we all about? Well, bikegoo is a new business aiming to provide cyclists with a one stop shop for all their bicycle care and maintenance needs, no matter what type of cycling you do.
At bikegoo we’ve got a pretty huge amount of experience in looking after and servicing all types of bikes. We possess Cytech qualifications so you can be sure we are professionally trained and capable of dealing with all sorts of bike related problems. So if you have any questions please let us know and we’d be happy to help.
Why?
So here's the big question… why choose us over the many other shops on the internet or even your local bike shop…?
Well, the reason we’ve set up our little shop is to provide a source of expertise specifically around bicycle care and maintenance. We don’t sell components, we don’t sell complete bikes, we don’t sell helmets with cartoon characters on… we just stock cycle maintenance products and we know a lot about them. We really recommend you use your local bike shop for all other cycling bits and bobs. But when it comes to bike care… try us first… if we can’t help you get the best deal and give you the best advice possible, then by all means head to your local bike shop for cycle care too. But we hope you won’t need to…
One other reason we came into existence was to help promote green issues amongst the cycling community. The environment is very close to our hearts, but more about that later…

At bikegoo we like to think of ourselves as your friends. And we like to take care of our mates. We offer massive promotions which offer you the best deal around.
We also offer even better value with our bulk discount offers. We select a few of our bestselling items and offer you big discounts if you buy a number of units. You really do get excellent value if you are willing to stock up a bit. At the minute it applies to all of our inner tubes. This offer won't be around forever, so it may be an idea to stock up!

Barter like a Market Trader!
At bikegoo we’ve been around in the retail industry (in one shape or another) for many, many years. We think that internet businesses are just too rigid at the moment. Its not like going into a shop and having an idle bit of chit-chat with the manager or the chap behind the counter. WHY NOT? We’d love you to call us up. Tell us about the sort of stuff you’re doing and what sort of tools and bits you need to do the job. Not only that we also encourage a bit of friendly bartering, market trader style (this can be by email or phone). It makes our lives more interesting and means you get an unbelievable deal. Don’t get us wrong if you are just buying one bottle of lube its rather unlikely we'll offer you a reduction in our price. BUT if you want a couple of bottles of lube, some grease, an inner tube, some tyre levers and a crank removal tool… well, why not make us an offer for everything? We may offer you a cracking deal… if you don’t ask, you’ll never know… it doesn’t cost anything to find out!
GREEN ISSUES…
As I mentioned earlier, at bikegoo we take environmental matters very seriously. We do everything we can as a business to minimise our energy usage, to recycle wherever we can and to stock those products which are as kind to the environment as possible. We’re also looking to develop our green presence over the next couple of years. We want to be able to provide a voice for green issues amongst the cycling community. We're looking for great like-minded organisations who would be interested in teaming up with us to help further promote the importance of the environment to get in touch. It could be a local community scheme, or a national appeal or just something close to your heart. Let us know about it and where possible we'd like to get involved… somehow.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders over £20 and £2 on all orders under £20.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Generally if you order your products before 12pm, your items will be despatched the same day. If you order after 12pm we will still try and despatch the same day but if we can’t they will be despatched the following day. Items ordered after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.
Do you offer discounts for cycle clubs?
Indeed we do. If you are a member of a cycle club we can offer some great discounts for you and all of your members in return for featuring a bikegoo logo link on your club webpage.
We can offer you 10% discount on everything on our page (after all other offers or discounts have been taken off! – but unfortunately cycle clubs don’t get loyalty discounts). Not only that but if you take up this scheme we’ll send you a welcome pack featuring loads of essential maintenance bits specifically tailored to your club and its members… completely free.

Please include a contact name, email address, phone number and contact home address. Add to that a bit about your club, what type of cycling you do, how many members you have and what sort of maintenance and bike care products your interested in.

Do you offer discounts if I buy loads of stuff from you?
There are three ways that bikegoo can reward you for buying quite a bit of stuff with us…
1) Bulk Discounts – We have special bulk discount offers that we run alongside our main promotion. If you are willing to buy a few of our bulk discount items, you can save a packet.
2) Loyalty Discounts - If you are loyal to bikegoo and keep shopping with us we’ll offer you loyalty discounts. Its just our way of saying thanks for trusting us. You need to spend over £100 with us before you start getting these benefits but it will be worth it. If you spend over £500 with us then things start getting interesting! More on that when once you spend over £100 with us. We’ll be in touch.
3) Barter with us – Try your luck and make us an offer. You need to be buying quite a few items at once but if you want an unbelievable deal on them why not make us an offer? Call us or send us an email before you finally pay for your items.You never know, we may be feeling generous and offer you a great deal. Either way we’ll let you know very quickly indeed.

Can I just pop up to your warehouse and buy my products from bikegoo?
No, unfortunately you can’t. We don’t have the facility to process payments at our warehouse and due to health and safety restrictions customers are not allowed up to our premises.
I live in France, can I buy stuff from Bikegoo?
No unfortunately not. At present bikegoo only has the facility to sell to customers who live in the UK. This may change in the future and as soon as it does, we’ll let you know.
I’m worried about internet security. Can you reassure me that my personal and credit card details will be secure?
We use some of the best internet security to stop unruly people getting your details. For more details please view our

Do you take orders over the phone?
Yes we do. If you want to place an order over the phone please call 01892 771038 with details of your order and please remember to have your credit card or debit card handy so we can start to process your order whilst you are still on the phone.

I just placed an order but don’t want it anymore / it’s the wrong size / it’s the wrong colour. What can I do?
You can return your item provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at bikegoo, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
I just received my order and its faulty/broken. What should I do?
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
If any items have been damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days . If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
I placed my order a while ago and I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Get in touch with us. We’ll try and track down exactly what has happened to it and sort out a resolution to the problem as quickly as possible.
I know what I want but don’t know what size or which type is right for my bike. I’m confused! Can you help?
YES! We’ve got loads of experience of working with bikes and we have Cytech qualified mechanics here who are able to offer the best possible assistance with bike maintenance queries. So send us an email or give us a ring and we’d be happy to try and find the solution to your questions.
